so i got my laptop...booted it up, and within an hour or so problems began.
    1st was the freezing (repeatedly)
2nd was just loading screen all day

so i reinstall windows completely (after exausting all options with AVA support guys)

computer was doing fine for another 5 hours
    3rd freezing again
4th eventual loud beeping while bootup and it started up without the screen being on!
5th things are ok FOR NOW...i am worried more freezing is not far away.

    help?

    similar problems?

when i boot, says raid is all good and well.

have you done a memtest? imo most freeze is memory related and i do not like the memory that comes with sager (usually i end up getting some kingston).

sorry to hear about the problems.
you could get help on here with the great advice but really you need to contact your supplier as you could have a faulty unit.

It's difficult to know and I do agree with MrDJ since you just got the machine and really haven't messed with it it's important to contact your supplier and explain to them what's happening and where. There's so many variables depending on what you were doing when it freeze. Some games it could happen in depending on drivers, etc.

    Here's the website: http://www.memtest.org/

Burn the iso and then test 1 memory module at a time.

Hmmh...you have crucial memory, it should not be bad but it's something you can run and rule out.
