I've had my 8150 for little over a week now and I've noticed a potential problem. I have to press the power button about 2-3 times to get it to turn on. And it's even harder when it's not plugged in. Is this normal or something I should be concerned about? Also, what are the best settings for the speakers with thx program and realtek driver?
Thanks muchly in advance!![]()

How long are you holding down the power button? You may need to hold it in a tad longer.

If you haven't used this type of power button before- you have to hold it down for a second or two for it to register. It's not a simple momentary push button. If it's still taking a few presses after holding it down for a few seconds each time, that could be an issue.
For sound settings, you really have to test the and find out. I personally like the THX and Realtek settings at default as I find it's pretty decent as is

On my 8150 I have to press the very bottom of the power button for it to power on. 1-2 seconds max. As for the THX settings, it's best to play around with them. I change settings when I'm gaming or watching movies.
