    im making my sager and i cant decide weather to go with 2 500GB 7200rpm SATA Hybrid Hard Drive with 4GB SSD or 2 750GB 7200rpm SATA 300 Hard Drive i will be storing A LOT of things on this computer

    Well that depends if you think you will benefit from the Hybrid drives. Simply they act as a SSD in a sense but one that's not always active. You have to run programs and access files at least once at normal HDD speed before you'll even notice a difference. The 4GB SSD acts as a giant cache storing your must frequently used files. These files will be then accessed must faster then your average HDD similar to an SSD. So all it really comes down to is if you think you want this extra feature. If not I'd say just go with the 2 750GB drives.
