think thats normal but not sure which model yours is. mine is always hotter on the right vents.
one side will be the cpu and the other side the gpu.
run some temperature monitors like core temps for cpu and gpu-z for gpu and see what the readings are. you can find them all in the link below.

You can run a CPU intensive program like Prime95 to see if the other sides blows hotter air then before. Also run temp monitor programs like MrDJ suggested. If the temps are real high and the vent is still blowing just cool air the heatsink could not be making proper contact.

If you run max fans (fn + 1) and then try a CPU toasting program or game then a GPU toasting program or game, you should easily be able to find out whether or not your machine is normal. Remember to monitor your temps and speeds too! Don't want it to overheat to danger zone.

they work about the same with max fan, is it "bad" for the machine to always have max fan while gaming? thanks

I ran my D900F for 4 years on max fans constantly. It's not a problem. but the TEMPS are the thing to look at. If you're running on max fans (by manually hitting fn + 1) then and your GPU heat is high (80+ degrees celcius) but your machine isn't blowing hot air... then something may be wrong.

Also, you can get prime 95 HERE

Have you checked the other sides for dust or are the fans just not as fast?

Your... GPU does not cross 50 degrees celcius on Crysis 3? And neither your CPU? I think something is wrong there. That's actually too low.
