hi guys, i've been having this issue with the laptop for a while now, but never thought anything of it but it's become rather annoying.

Basically when the UAC turns on in windows, the screen flickers on and off for a while, as if windows was undecided which card to use to display the screen. The same thing happens at the windows logon screen, and while starting games. it would flick off on off on, then display what it's supposed to display.

Has anyone had the same problem as me and found an issue?

my specs are: core 2 quad 3.0, 4gb ram, 2x9800mgtx running vista, no event in win7 yet. has happened on the stock driver, 185.20 and 186.03. now running 186.86

sounds like it could be a couple of things:
    - videocards might need to be re-seated securely
    - SLI cable might be loose and re-secured
    - LCD cable damaged or loose
    - LCD itself is getting faulty
    ... etc...

but like mrblur said, contact your Sager vendor since it still has warranty coverage.
