just pondering, no real facts.. sorry if you came here excited.

but like many of you guys know, with ati coming back out with strong gpu offerings, nvidia has significantly cutt the prices on their high end gpus like the gtx200 to stay competitive with ati.

think a price cut in their mobile gpu lineup will follow the desktop gpu trend soon?

one other question just to not litter the boards...

    Intel® T9400 45nm "Montevina" Core™2 Duo 2.53GHz w/6MB L2 On-die cache - 1066MHz FSB 35 wat ( + 130 )

    Intel® P9500 45nm "Montevina" Core™2 Duo 2.53GHz w/6MB L2 On-die cache - 1066MHz FSB 25 wat ( + 165 )

does the wat difference make a difference in heat and battery life worthy of an upgrade?

The desktop parts are much more in the public eye. Legions of people wait for benchmarks from all the big names. That's not the case with mobile parts, so I'm guessing it is less likely with mobile parts.

To answer your second question, what percentage of 35 is 10? (10/35=1/3.5 =28%). Theoretically, that translates to 28% less power and 28% less heat generate. Do you think that's worth 35 bucks?
