i had very choppy performance and hesitation when opening control panel etc.. things just were not smooth...

i went to do a defrag... i noticed nearly HALF the 250gb wd drive was excluded system files?? i was like wow wtf.. i tried getting them to defrag no go.. tried everything perfectdisk, diskeeper o&O.. etc

anyhow.. i happened to for whatever reason decide to turn off my system restore and remove any prior info there.. well i rebooted.. all the excluded files were no gone except just a very few.

not sure what it did for the turbo mem but wowowowow.. everything runs like perfect now everything is super smooth and just seamless...

any thoughts on why this would have achieved this result

also i had a freind come by with his he was having the same issues with turbo mem ... i applied the same things i did and we had the same result.. super smooth now.. what could this have possible done for the turbo mem??

System Restore, Hibernation, and Paging File are normally the main system files you'll see take up space in Defragmenter. If you turn all three off before defragging, it will make a pretty significant difference.
