    depends on whether you like to drink a cup of coffee behind your laptop :)
    if you do, and if you're a bit clumsy, you might want to go for the accidental damage protection :)

    My dog, for example, can drag the power lead of the laptop, and thus drag the laptop itself with it. The laptop can thus fall on the ground. It didn't happen yet, but I played it safe, and got it insured :)

    Keep in mind that this is not full accidental damgae protection like that offered by Asus, it's only LCD accidental damage protection.

    in that case: forget it :p

    (I got a seperate assurance that covers everything btw, at €76/year for a €3500 laptop, no devaluation during the first 3 years)
