    WELL I JUST DID IT. AFTER 3 MONTHS IT IS ORDERED FROM XOTIC PC

    my rig:

    t9300 proc.
    8800gtx
    4gb ram
    vista ultimate x64
    200 7200rpm hdd
    random other stuff

    came out to 2644$

    my questions are:

    1.how long did your 5792 take and did you have any problems w/ it? (from xoticpc btw)

    2. what should i do upon arrival of the laptop. as in removing software, setting options n such.

    3. what are your experiences with both xotic and with the laptop itself

    i had a 5791 only problem I had was fan sound hopefully they have fixed that and battery life :D


    post pictures once you get it
    first game that you are going to play?
    did you get the black or white?
    what screen resolution did you get?

    burkle, they fixed the fan noise now... go and download the Fan Toggle firmware

    it enables you to toggle all your fans to Medium Speed, Max Speed, or back to Auto Speed.

    good to know .... I sent it back in august though :/ .... I guess a 579x will be in my future :D
