I was trying to add bluetooth (heaset and mouse) to my new p150em but the computer cannot seem to be able to detect the devices. Both have full battery and are on pairing mode. I press add device in windows. the drivers are installed correctly i think, since in device manager they all indicate installed. i chose the Integrated 802.11 b/g/n + Bluetooth Combo when purchasing from prostar.

    1. Did you use Windows 7?
    2. If yes, please check the right bottom side. Do you have a Bluetooth indicator turning in blue color?
    3. If not, please press FN+F12 together to turn on the bluetooth.

Feel free to contact our tech support if you still have problem.

Try this posted by PushT the other day:
Go to control panel > administrative tools > services. Double click services. Double click bluetooth support service. Go to the log on tab and check this account. Now paste NT AUTHORITY\LocalService in the field next to it and press apply at the bottom. Local service should appear in the field you pasted in.
