does anyone know if the p150em keyboard will fit in a p150hm? i know that there is no power port for it to plug into, but there is an empty slot for a network card that could be used to source the power. also when these new models come out will there be a place to buy the keyboards by themselves?

The NEW backlit keyboard on the EM series is higher (thicker) than the keyboard on the P150HM -8150 model.

In order to have the new backlit keyboard in the chassis, Clevo needed to make for more room under the keyboard in the new model.

So it is a no go because the keys would be standing up too high for one... :)

Babyhemi is a Sager reseller. He's in charge of LPC-digital, actually. :D

Anyways, yes, so the information he says should be true.

The information is true. We discovered this information back at Computex in June, I am fairly sure I provided this information also in this forum then.

Sorry guys, it is not possible.

yes, the keyboard key layout is different......even if the size fit & install perfectly, the data cable circuit definition still different, kb may have key error or no responce at all :D
