    Hi guys!

Has anyone tried out a headset with a single jack if it works with our p150hm's?

I'm about to buy a pair of ie8-i and I want to make sure this kind of jack can work with my laptop. Thanks!

Is it one of the combined headphone and mic adapters that uses just one 3.5mm jack? I don't believe that it will work on the P150HM without some sort of adapter to split it out to one 3.5mm headphone and one 3.5mm microphone jack (for a total of two). Someone earlier had this problem with a speaker system that combined two channels of sound on one jack.

Yes, both mic and audio out are in one jack.

I see, Looking at the ports at the right side, we seem to have 4, mic, headphones. I'm kind of uncertain about the other two. Are these "useful" ports? I might find something interesting to do with them.

    Thanks for any help! :)

The four ports are headphone, mic, S/PDIF (optical), and line-in. If you want to do say, 5.1 or 7.1 out you'll have to use them all as output via configuring in the sound manager. The manual has the detailed info on them though.

Malibal #2, thank you for that manual link. I'm hoping to get to test that soon.
