I am using Bass Test - Bass Creations - YouTube for testing.

The iPhone version sounds 100X better. Is this normal?
I am using Sennheiser HD 555 headphone with no amplification.

No matter how much I tweak the Realtek HD Audio Manager settings, the iPhone is still so much better.

Is the iPhone simply better? Or does the p150hm sound card simply suck ?

Did you install and register THX on the machine? You may have to adjust the THX settings as well.

yea, the audio on the P150HM is mediocre at best (especially when you are using headphones). I suggest you use a usb DAC with your HD555.

I'm assuming the audio is mediocre at best in sager/clevo machines then... I have a P170HM and the audio is terrible :)
