So I tried a bunch of software, but none of the programs really worked for me. What did work for me was a program called DPT. It's absolutely incredible for getting pixels unstuck.

I wish I could take the credit, but I actually found it through a youtube video. Here is the link.

What I used for materials was the tip of my drum stick (it has a nylon tip) and I wrapped the tip of the drum stick in a damp microfiber cloth (to avoid scratching of course) that I normally just use to keep my laptop clean. It did an amazing job when combined with the program above. HIGHLY recommend it for those of you who have trouble with stuck pixels! Good luck!

I had some stuck pixels on a monitor I bought once, and a gentle massage with my finger made them come to life. Worked for me and was a lot easier than returning to the store.
