    You can only use the same CPU that the stock bios also supports. For i5-9600k see what Meaker@Sager posted above. Follow exactly the procedure and flash at your own risk.

    Make sure and tape off the correct pins, as in the guide - This can break your laptop and/or processor if the software mod is done without the hardware mod.
