Which one of these to get? The t9600 is faster (stock) and cheaper. Will p9600 be faster once you oc it?

Depends on what you need it for and what notebook you are using (cooling capabilities and if it allows you to OC). Most people don't need more than a P8400 as gaming and day-to-day tasks won't show much, if any, improvement upon upgrading. If you are going to be doing mathematical calculations, encoding or anything really CPU intensive, go T9600.

The T9600 is faster and cheaper. If you're buying a Clevo, you won't be OCing the P9600, so the T9600 is faster and cheaper.
