    Hello everyone,
recently i've bought pa71hs-g with the specification mentioned in thread, however i ve got problems with nvidia g-sync, namely i don t have g-sync options in nvidia control panel. I have already tried reinstalling drivers with clean isntallation and DDU, sadly didn t help.
Graphic settings in BIOS are set to DISCRETE same in clevo Control Center. Notebook has MSHybrid mode as well.
Display panel is: Chi Mei N173HHE-G32
Hope that maybe someone here would be able to help me.

Did it ever show G-sync? Did it come with an OS installed?

It came without OS and no, there was no g-sync option from the begining, firstly i thought that mb drivers update would help but no.

The Chi Mei N173HHE-G32 is FHD and it isn't certified for G-Sync in Clevo. Only FHD IPS / 120 Hz QHD from AUO / QFHD 4 K are certified for Clevo.

I guess that maybe Prema could have added this panel to BIOS if he would wished.

I think that's your best option. Maybe there was a mix up.

    Hello, @nswish

I have the same issue like you, i dont have G-sync activated on display panel: Chi Mei N173HHE-G32, what you did !? you replaced your machine, or you found something to activate G-sync ?!
If someone can help me, i will be so glad.
I want to contact Prema, but i think he dont have time to make a bios for Clevo PA71HS. offfff....

    Happy new year, to all!

Sadly my reseller confirmed that there is no g-sync for this model and there was misinformation in their offer.

Well, the unit is GSync capable, just that the internal panel isn't.

I don't think he can even do it without getting into trouble with NVIDIA.

I can imagine that would draw their attention and probably entice them to increase security.
