prema bios

I actually bought a p650hs from pro star a few days ago not knowing the limitations of the standard stock bios on the clevo products. As prostar isn't one of the prema partners, the machine that i bought from them will be capping out at 2111mhz (don't remember the exact number from another post) being a 2400 ram? And the cpu will be downclocked to 2500mhz during games? Seems to defeat the point of turbo boost lmao. Would like to get these limitations clear, before I cancel the order, doubt prostar even shipped it at this point.

 

If you can't live with the stock Bios, the only chance is to cancel the order and get it from a Prema Partner.

I actually already canceled, well they haven't reply yet guess don't work on weekends. I did talk to hidevolution and the bios isn't out for the p650 model and they take 2 weeks just to order the parts and get it shipped out lawl. Think I'm going to get the msi gt72vr 638 model, it has gsync in hidevolution but doesn't says on newegg, waiting on msi confirmation before i buy that. I don't get why clevo haven't change their stock bios, its 2017, those limitations shouldn't be there.
