I'm trying to install windows 7 (64 bits - pre SP1 version [2009]) on my sager np9170.
I have 2 HDDs in RAID0.
The problem is this, if I did not install any drivers related to RAID, the installation of windows gives error at the end, stating that can not install windows on my hardware.
So i tried to copy RAID drivers from dvd to a usb pen drive, as the manual says. After that, I try to do a clean install of windows, select Load Driver, choose USB pendrive and select the folder "f6flpy-x64" that contains intel mobile express sata raid controller.
However, this message is shown: "to continue installation, use the load driver option to install 32-bit and signed 64-bit drivers, Installing an unsigned 64-bit device driver is not supported and might result in an unusable Windows installation."
I´ve tried raid drivers from sager´s site, but shown the same error message.
I can´t install windows without load RAID drivers, but i can´t install RAID drivers either
So, what do I do?

Nevermind...
I undid the RAID configuration, then i enabled raind again, then i tried to install windows 7 without raid drivers and worked.
Problem solved. -
Another solution would have been to just download Windows 7 SP1 from here http://forum.notebookreview.com/windows-os-software/604187-legal-download-digitalriver-windows-7-sp1-13-languages.html
your product key will still work as it is not bound to the specific disc but to the specific Windows 7 version.
