    Hi,
long time viewer first time posting.
I've had this np5796 for a while and never notice a problem before (or didn't really look into it). However recently I was digging around in my device manager I noticed that I have 2 base system devices that are not recognized. One is at PCI bus 4 device 0 function 1 and the other is function 3. However I havn't encountered any driver issues during the last few months. I've installed every single driver excluding the turbo memory driver since I don't have it. Anyone know what those devices are and where I can get the drivers for them?

    Thank you

P.S. noticed a firmware update for the skipped key problem. how do i install the update (it's an iso file. burn it and ??)
