    problem with the 8150

    I have a problem when i play starcraft 2 i increase the volume up or the brightens then it just tab me out to the desktop. R there way to stop that?

    Which bios version are you running? believe it or not I had that issue on one bios version and not on another as bizarre as it seems, thats why I ask.

    For a temporary fix, go into the SC2 options and change to Fullscreen (Windowed) mode. The laptop is more than powerful enough to run it that way.

    It will appear fullscreen but actually be a window so you can't get kicked to desktop.

    Another option is remapping the keyboard keys to volume which is what I did. The ALT and Context menu key on the right side are my volume keys.

    wat u mean remapping key? in sc2 or in desktop?

    You can also try just killing the hotkey (Hotkey.exe) process prior to launching the game, volume adjustment still works without it.

    For me I had that issue on one bios rev but not on another, I didn't have the issue on Sager bios 1.01.06LS1, had the issue on Clevo bios 1.01.06 and then didn't have the issue on Sager bios 1.01.08LS1.
