I recently bough fallout 3 and installed it in my 9262, the game runned smooth but the screen flashed during the game, I was searching for a solution and found a thread in this forum with the same problem, I don't know if the problem was solved but i adjusted the sistem properties for best performance and the problem was solved, so if anybody has this problem you should try this:
-go to system properties and cick on advanced system settings
-then in the performance seccion clic on settings
    -select "adjust for best performance"
    -clic ok

the OS should look like windows 98 try playing it that way and It should not flash anymore, I don't know if it works on any computer, hope it helps
