I have 16 Gb of Kingston HyperX 2133MHz and 16 Gb of Kingston HyperX 1866 MHz. 1.35v. Which if either would work best in a Sager 9570 with 3930K Cpu?

It wont make much of a difference, I believe it will only put through 1.5v.

You likely won't see a significant difference either way. I believe the 3930K will support up to DDR3 - 1600.
