    reprogram the hotkey?

    is that possible to reprogram the hotkeys? I always hit standby by accident.

    I don`t think you can. Since some of the keys are hardware bound,meaning that you can use them even if windows did not boot up .

    Yeah, there's a way to disable it.
    Go to your power options and change the "What to do when the sleep button is pressed". I disabled mine that way.

    Nah, it's not really that obvious. I only caught it because I needed that same menu to to have the power button actually power down the system.
    Maybe it's just me, but it seems pretty lame to have 3 different ways to go into sleep mode on a laptop. Don't most people just close the lid for that? And if you to go to sleep mode, wouldn't you WANT the lid closed?
