Edit: changed the title
The long history:
I own (or owned) a Sager NP9150 with 3610qm, 16GBs of ram, 500GB HDD, GTX680m. Got it less than one month ago. :hi2:
I wanted to unlock and modify the voltage of my 680m, so tried to flash the vbios, but the laptop stopped to working (intel IGPU screen at boot), I asked for help and a gentleman helped me the whole process. Said that I would need to remove the GPU because my mobo bios was desactualized and wasn't recognizing the GPU.
I finally removed the GPU and the machined started to work, now I just needed to actualize the mobo BIOS, so it would recognize the GPU. But the idiot here, relieved, started to disassemble the WHOLE laptop to clean it....
After I built the whole laptop again without the GPU, something went wrong and the machine won't pass the windows boot logo screen, the fans would run at full speed and ultimately the machine shuts down...
And the idiot here, again, tried to flash the mobo BIOS even with the machine shutting down after few seconds. Well, you guys know the rest, the machine probably shutted down while the update was doing.
Now I try to boot and nothing appears on my screen.
Fans go full speed 2 seconds before the shut down. Leds are working (caps, num lock, etc), USB stick LED is on for 2-3 secs if inserted at boot, orange led at the right corner of the laptop is on with the power cable plugged and the same led is yellow with power on, also the blue led at the site of the power screen is on with power on.
TLDR:
CPU, RAM, HDD, WIFI CARD are working.
GPU is flashed and will work on the latest BIOS.
MOBO and LCD is unknown.
Warranty is expired.
So, what's my choices? I'm living in Japan and would cost like $100 to ship to US for a possible RMA (and more $100 to return), $200 only for the shipping.
Or should I just sell the working parts and cry?![]()
Thanks.

who'd you buy the laptop from? i'm assuming private sale if you've had it for less than a month yet the warranty's expired...? i think it goes without saying that no RMAs will be issued for your machine--unless you're really asking about service/repair.

It is a second hand unit.
Yeah, service/repair. Didn't know that RMA was "Return Merchandise Authorization", change the title to avoid confusion. -
your machine sounds bricked (and that's best case scenario i think). pretty sure you'll need to send it in or replace the mobo (or both) unless meaker or prema or jaybee or whoever know of any blind flash magic that'll bring your mobo back. you were salvageable up until you tried to flash the BIOS.

Yeah, unfortunately (or fortunately) the prema is the gentleman who is trying to help me at the techinferno forum. But the idiot here couldn't wait and did all these chaos...
*rma help* np9150 total disaster
