The fingerprint software 'PowerSuiteQL' something or another has a bad problem with leaking memory...like really bad. You don't acutally need it for the biometrics to work so I and most people just turn it off under 'msconfig'. Other than that just buy a Zalman NC-1000 cooler and you should be good to go. Not that the notebook needs it, it just runs ever so quietly and when I have mine sitting on it the notebook fan has yet to turn on, well at least I can't pinpoint a time when it has. My only inital problem was that I had to retrain my left pinky where ctrl was for gaming and what not becuase unlike on most notebooks the Fn and the left ctrl are inversed. After a while I have gotten the hang of it.
Oh ya I think it is rock solidgratz!
