I have been running the new 11.11 with settings mentioned here. One thing I have been noticing is my GPU low rarely goes above 80% most times it stays around the 50-70 range. With that said I have no trouble keeping good frames.

I haven't tried BF3 with the 11.11 drivers yet though, heard there are some issues that some users have. The only game I have a hard time playing with this card is World of Tanks. For some damn reason that game just doesn't like ATI cards. (More a driver issue I guess)

I tried the new driver on my rig, and it seemed to work nicely.
    I ran Skyrim with:
    - Hi-Res Texture Pack (from Bethesda)
    - FXAA Post Process Injector, preset 4
    - Ultra setting
    - 4x anti aliasing
    - 8x anisotropic filtering
    - Catalyst Control Centre set to 'use application settings'.

    Fraps gave me the following:
    - In houses/building: 50+ fps
    - In caves/Dwemer ruins: 40-55, 30 lowest (occasionally)
    - Wilderness (near Riften) and Markarth: ~40+
    - Wilderness + dragon soul absorb + combat with bandits: ~33, lowest of 27 for a second

Everything was great, only one problem though... the GPU temperature rose up to about 102C...
The CPU remained at a comfortable 70C though.
