i just received a replacement keyboard for my 8662 after the "t" key felt deflated and not responsive at all. Any one else had any problem with the sager keyboards? i was kind of disappointed since the laptop is probably only 2 months old, i know some user end mistakes probably contributed to the problem but it's still kind of ridiculous.

although i was happy that sager, and not powernotebooks for some reason sent me a replacement.

i was also pleasantly surprise at how easy it was to replace it, it took less than 5 minutes once i got the mechanics figured out, i didn't even need to call tech support for instructions.

unfortunately i need to send the broken "t" keyboard back now and sager didn't provide my with any free shipping "sigh" there goes 5 dollars. ;[

I'm not super happy with the keyboard on my 8662. The keys don't seem to be particularly responsive and my "m" key often needs to be struck more than once to register.

These keyboards are far from bad, but they aren't nearly up to snuff with the rest of the system. I can deal with it though. I just learned to type with a little more vigor than I used to.
