I searched for warranty and turnaround and found some old locked threads, so asking this here: how quickly does sager in the usa fix laptops and get them back to you?

My experience to inspect my screen and investigate a Wifi issue was less than seven business days. Also, Allen from Sager sent me updates during testing. Really good service.

It can depend on the issue but we do appreciate it's not a nice position to be in should you be unfortunate so while we are detailed in inspection we are as quick as possible.

Sager's service is much better then previously... Seen very few complaints if any... I would still suggest going through a reseller like LPC Digital, GentechPC etc!
