Could you try running the game in compatibility mode for XP? Installing a driver may be unnecessary. Right-click on the executable, go to the Compatibility tab and select the appropriate settings.

Drivers from www.laptopvideo2go.com are your best bet.

Download the latest driver for x86 Vista as well as the INF that allows you to install it on a laptop GPU here.

Extract the driver to a folder on your desktop, and copy and replace the INF in this newly extracted folder with the one you downloaded. With that done, right-click on Computer > Properties > Device Manager > Display adapter > Right-click GPU > Uninstall. Restart the computer and double click the setup executable for the new driver; follow the prompts and the driver should work.

    huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuurrrr

any ideas any one... mabye a older driver i guess.. this one makes my card show up as a G92 (just the core name)... and it has some issues with HDMI and DIgital vibrance.....

whats the best Crysiswarhead / stalker clear skys driver... i may as well just use that.

Hi there, can you please post a dxdiag (only the part under Video) where it gives the info about your graphics card and driver ie the the part called Display Devices? Type dxdiag in the Search of Vista, save it to file and copy and paste here.

I'm sure you didn't install the driver well... (.inf file and whatnot) because I'm using the same driver, I have XP 64 bit, I have the 8800M GTX (which is identical to 9800M GT) and my Sims 2 game works perfectly...
