    Nice pics.
Can't wait to get mine but hoping that Sager will release a 15" or something.
Hey btw., is the laptop fat? I mean, I don't mind having a chunky laptop but is it bearable?

Can you maybe take a picture of it next to a soda can or something for comparison?
    That'd be great, thanks!

no the screen is the same. i mean the shutting down, the issues with the intel card, the heatsink not sitting right on the cpu etc... unfotunatly the dark corners i can not fix.. ive learned to live with them, i just still wish for a brighter screen though

haha I love how everyone uses a soda can for size comparison. I haven't had a can of soda for a year maybe. I am going to have to buy one just to find out how big these damn laptops are!

This is from my 5793 review, it's the same height as the 5791. Picture is taken of the back of the machine (the highest point on the machine when closed)

On the dark corners of the LCD, have you tried totally dismantling the lid to see if there's anything that's reducing the amount of the light-source getting to the screen itself? I'm thinking either a leak from the back of the screen (perhaps due to poorly applied reflective backing) or else poor soldering/connections or a crimp in the wires that might be reducing the amount of power getting to the LCD lamp?

The laptop has a beautiful shape and everyone I know is envious. Too bad for the fan noise(FOR NOW-since I am confident that a firmware will eventually fix this.)

Oh. So what did that update do? I thought it gave you control over when the fans kicked in.

This is what it said in the review actually.
"Pressing Function + 1 puts the fans at full speed, Function + 3 at mid-speed (the fans will speed up if needed, then go back down to medium), and Function + 2 returns the fans to auto. I found that the mid-speed worked best because that way the fans were not constantly spinning up and down every minute."

So is that incorrect? Function + 3 mid-speed spins up and down?
