    Well I sent my 9570 in on 12/20/13 and still don't have it back. I was used to Alienwares NBD in home service. Very spoiled :D

    Yeah, you got screwed because the holidays.

    That said in home service is always nice but with Dell/Alienware you pay 2x as much for that lol.

    Depending what is wrong with a machine Sager and some resellers will often send the parts to do yourself with a CC auth hold.

    Only thing they won't do without a fight would be a MB lol
    Of course if you don't know how to do much with parts that wouldn't help anyway but just and FYI.

    Your other wait issue will be stock of parts.
    I once had my P150HM have the CPU go bad, took 3 weeks because Sager had to wait for Clevo to ship the part from across the world to them lol

    One thing to remember also is that since they know the downtime of transit can be an inconvenience to many end users, they take the time to test the system once they've complete the repair. It may add to the downtime, but it ensures quality control. :)

    Also at least you don't have an engineer hired out who breaks something else...
