    i have an np5792 and use vista64.. i use razor baracuda headphones (which arnt in correctly..cant use mic). when i play counter strike source.. my rear speakers are switched, namely the sounds for rear right come out rear left..and vice versa. if i go to my reaktec audio manager and test the speakers... everything is fine.. what in the world is the problem

    Have you tested the mic in CS:S? From memory it's in Options --> Audio but I haven't played for a while.

    the mic isnt the problem... i cant use the mic cuz there isnt enough ports. my prob is the rear sound being swapped

    goto your audio and/or realtek sound manager and make sure that the speakers aren't in reverse stereo. it may even be in the game settings.
