It sounds like main board failure (or a pending board failure, rather). Without knowing what the blinking lights reference, it's hard to say where the failure is at, specifically.

TY for your reply no i dont think is main board problem when blinking error appear the icons num lck and scrl lck just flashing few times then stop but nothing happen no shutdown no crash the fans not spins at the maximum , other times randomly without errors of any type my pc shuts off like power outage, even when in charge with battery on,this not happens any time, sometimes when im playing, othertimestimes when the pc is on desktop i do a stress test to cpu, gpu, disks and memory, and are all good, how thats its possible?

please develop a bit the test that you made , i would thinks its a RAM problem, try Memtest 86+ in DOS mode.
otherwise, maybe your AC adapter, even if you have tested it without load, things can be really, different with a load, best thing is to try another one.
If not, i agree with PROSTAR, it's the only things that can do these problems in my knowledge

hi ty for helping me and sorry for my english, i have already do a memtest for ram, i have tested with furmark the gpus, prime 95 cpu, hdd tune all my hdd's,and all together with aida 64 stress test, i havent another power supply but i tested few second later that my pc shuts off alone and the value was fine 20 volt output constantly, now is two days that the shutdown not happens if my mobo was faulty i think this problem happens more frequently btw i think is difficult replace a mobo in this lappy and most important eventually where i buy a new one?the warranty as ended anyway i bought this pc from hawkforce.de around 2 years ago and the online shop not exist anymore has closed

Edit: happened just now when cpu temp rached 60-65 degrees start beeping few times then shuts off i think for termal problem cpu fan not spin at maximum, so i opened the case and the cpu fan connection wires seem burned especially the black, during the stress test the cpu fan runs but never reached the max spin maybe the problem coul be the fan maybe i need to replace?

edit 2: i have installed the prema mod bios for my pc to test all the fans at the max speed with the function fn+9 the cpu fan not spin and clevo start beeping and after 40 seconds shuts off if anyone can help me, I would be grateful

From your latest post its sounds like the CPU fan is not spinning then the computer shuts down. It does sound like a thermal protection as you suspect. See if you can get a replacement fan. Then see how the computer does under normal use, like just a game benchmark, and not running all those stress test programs at the same time. That is just asking for trouble, and not realistic to how you would really use the computer on a day to day basis.
