Does anyone know if Sager offers a "student discount"? And where the hek is the volume control on the unit?? Is it software based like the media controls??

I was asked these two questions and wasnt sure of the answers, I do know, (I believe that Sager is a reliable product)....

    thank you Sager experts

Depending on the model, the volume control is a combination FN+one of the F keys on top of the keyboard.

Isn't student discount = a bit cheaper on shipping?

I'm sure the volume control can be controlled by the optional remote control as well...
I know with Dell, 7% is the student discount, and 5% for Fujitsu, and Hp has a good one as well....I'm curious to see what Sager does.....

Eurocom states a 5% discount for students on their site. I know xoticpc sometimes has some (like at the back to school season). Other than that, I don't know.

eurocom stuff is overpriced, hence the room for student discounts

5% would be more than half the profit of the sager resellers that frequent these boards
