Errr you buy from a decent place with a good warranty so it's not needed.

    who is the dealer.
it doesnt matter how many screen shots he sends it still wont give you much of an idea if its running perfect until you get it. the last one might have been running when it left them but something could of worked lose in transit.

what was wrong with the previous lappy?

Why do you buy from him again if you have bad experience?

There are so many reputable resellers (even in this forum) that should give you no concern.

good luck chuckles. the ati cards are having driver problems at the moment.

i will be getting the 680 card and it will be in a 15" which im expecting to be warmer than my 260 at the moment but the other thing you have to take into account is kuwait which can have very hot temperatures compared to me having the same system in the rainy uk.
if its 40 or 50c outside then no matter what was used unless it was liquid nitrogen it will have much higer temps.
maybe a decent laptop cooler might be your next buy.

well when i returned the defective laptop the temps were identical so it is pretty much their fault , btw does anyone knows a reputable dealer like xoticpc that accept international visa card?

edit: for xoticpc you can pay using wire transfer instead and you will also qualify for the 3% discount :)

thats because they added in the ic diamond, overclock, color calib, they test the system throughly, not to mention that you can mail them your hard disks to have them install it for you :) all these reason justified the ~200 price markup for me :)

oh btw mythlogic are not sager resllers. Mythlogic buys the clevo barebones and build the systems themselves, so when you need to get your laptop repaired all you need to do is go back to them :)
