8800m + 3 yrs labor + better hdd for only 150 more -
is the 8800m really worth it? cause i dont do dx10 lol but im thinking of getting it
-
you're going to have the notebook for 2+ years.. i would say go for dx10
-
-
No you can't. A similar specd laptop at Eurocom (with the standard camera, bluetooth, WLan, 2GB of RAM, stupid 120GB HDD is 2300).
-
is this pcmicroworks website good? cause it looks like a better website than xoticpc.com
and yeah ill get the 8800mgtx.
do i really need bluetooth? -
Bluetooth is only if you are going to connect your cellphone/pda or are planning to use a bluetooth accessory (mouse/keyboard/heaphones/...). Personally, I have BT and have only used it twice in the last 2 years, so I don't consider it a good investment. However, there are people who use it everyday, so the best way to decide is based on your computing habits.
Regards,
z. -
yeah i dont use it. so apparently if i choose the 8800mgtx xoticpc is cheaper
-
That doesn't neccesserily make it a better company providing better support -
As far as the 8800M upgrade goes, I'd really consider for the following reasons:
1) XP will run great on it (I'm running SP2 right now, check sig for review link)
2) It's the best out right now
3) It will be able to handle DX10 whenever you're ready to go to Vista, if you stick with XP right now.
this a good webstie to get the np5792?
