does anyone else have the small problem that when they plug in their headphones, they have to go to thx and manually switch to headphones all the time?
is it supposed to be like that or is it supposed to auto-detect my headphones?

It's the exact opposite for me. Whenever I unplug headphones I have to set it back to 'external speakers'. But yeah, the headphone setting is automatically set whenever I plug them in. Also, the Realtek software also pops up with an (annoying) tray notification whenever I plug/unplug headphones.

I have this problem too, is there any work around? I often change between headphones and speakers and this process is tiredly.

I also find Realtek and hotkey notifications annoying, specialy Hotkey, because while I'm typing, hotkey changes the focus out of the window where I'm typing and I have to wait till the notification disappears to keep typing. I tried to use the disable notifications option in the realtek settings and it doesn't work.
