    Which is the fastest possible RAM I could use on a 2090?

    The 2090 supports up to 800mhz DDR2 ram. :)

    actually the Compal IFL90 (with the Santa Rosa platform) supports up to DDR2 667.

    you can still use DDR2-800, but the memory will downclock to 667.

    That should work just fine. :) The 2090 can only support up to 4GB.
