CPUCool or CPUfsb? But it can harm hardware because of overclocking by FSB bus.

Btw, I am an owner of w870cu too. I posted topic here about non-working fingerprint/camera. Could you please send me a screen shot of your device manager's USB controllers setion - to compare number of controllers and hubs. My email is [email protected] I heed this screen badly.

what CPU? if it is an extreme CPU you can use Throttlestop for multiplier overclocking.

If you have an XM CPU, then Throttlestop does everything you need. If you don't, then there's no way to do it really.

There is no FSB with the i7's. To change the BCLK you need the author to SetFSB to specifically support your chipset. To my knowledge he hasn't done anything with these models.

The author of SetFSB has been given the data sheet for the PLL used in the 8760/8960 series and says he can't see how to change the BCLK from the standard ratio (from what I understand, second hand). There are a bunch of reserved registers that may in fact do this, but I for one have not messed with it or am I inclined, since throttlestop and eleet works for me.
