I bought a Sager notebook (still warranty) in Canada at Reflexnotebook.
a NP8258.
Am I the only one with problems with Sager'support ?
Because I have a problem with a USB port.
I was ready to cancel the warranty and buy the part (motherboard).
and support not rewrite me.
I am currently change computers.

Are you contacting Sager directly or Reflexnotebook? Generally, when you get a Sager through a reseller, you would want to go through them for help with service on it. I would contact Reflex and see if they can assist you with it.
