    What is the best driver for 7970 available today? I read many posts and Im confused at this moment.

    If you have a clevo unit a would recommend the stock driver from the cd, I think its 12.5 8.951.6.0. No problems with it , high overclocking potencial, exept for those enduro problems mentioned in other threads

    Yup, then hopefully comes 12.7 this month which should fix most of the 7970M problems.

    You can play without problems, not yet top performance though.

    It depends, most games will play fast enough for smooth gameplay. A few may underperform, but it's not like there will be artifacts, or BSOD's etc. I don't think that's what the OP was referring to in terms of problems. But if he was then: no there is no driver with great performance for all titles , yet anyway.
