so many models listed, I'm kind of getting confused:

.. or at least which 14" model comes close in spec to the P150HM ?
thanks.

There really aren't any. As far as I've seen, all of the Clevo models that are in the 14" range just can't compete on power. Some have the Sandy Bridge CPU's, but you're going to be severely limited in GPU power. Integrated is pretty common.
Even so, very few Clevo models are offered in the North America. -
Youre not going to get anything smaller than the Clevo P150HM thats nearly as powerful as it.

LG P330 is a 13" w/ a 555m and an optional i7. not up to spec with the p150, but if you're looking for smaller than a 15" with decent power, that's your best bet.
Not available state side officially, but I think there was one for sale in the Marketplace here not too long ago -
Best 14 inch gaming laptop out there atm is the alienware m14x as far as i know. Graphically the Nvidia 555m GT is best in class for that size of laptop.
-
if you classify the m14x as an actual 14" laptop.. sure, it's got a 14" screen, but it's dimensions are almost the same as the sager 8130/50
m14x: H(1.49")x W(13.27")x D(10.17")
8130: H(1.69"*)x W(14.80")x D(10.08")
*1.69" at the thickest point, 1.38" at the thinnest. -
Kind of doubt its cooling abilities and battery life though.
P.S.
alienware laptops are not in my likings at all, but I bet all 13-year-olds love them, heh. -
There's a user review of it here on NBR: http://forum.notebookreview.com/lg/636568-lg-p330-review-natadiem.html
Looks pretty promising!

Performance with an i5 model:

Something small and powerful is my dream computer. Unfortunately when you get that much power in something so small, something's gotta give.
For the Alienware M14x, it's the heat and noise. The computer has gotten abysmal remarks on its heat ("scalding") and noise generation. I would imagine that someone who needed such a portable machine would be using it in a work, school, or public setting where noise is a bigger issue.
which would be the 14" equivalent of the P150HM ?
