Googling shows that module is PC2-6400 SODIMM 2GB CL6.

And different latency, timings, frequency, brand, etc doen't matter. The faster module will downclock to match the specs of the slower module.

In a perfect world, and admittedly most of the time, this is correct. ?However you should always try to buy the same speed and latency RAM that you have already installed, preferably the same brand if you can. Not saying it won't and you should be fine with Kingston, Crucial, Patriot but there are some major brands of SODIMM that don't work in CLEVO chassis.

Best thing to do is to download CPU-Z http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php and buy RAM the same speed and latency.
