    Hey Notebook Review,

I'm about to buy the Series 9 from the US Microsoft store to save some money as opposed to buying it in Australia. In Australia, our electrical goods are 240V whereas in America they are 110 - I'd just like to know if the Series 9 P900X3A-B06US is dual voltage or not?

If it is, I can just use my power adapter, but if it's not I'll have to buy a step-down converter.

    Thanks for reading,

    mjm

Yes, it is dual voltage. On the adapter you will see that it says 110v-240v.

And 50-60Hz, in case you also get worried about the mains frequency. I've yet to come across a notebook PSU which wouldn't work wherever I have travelled.

You may need to also either change the mains plug on the power cable or buy a new power cable. Almost all notebook PSUs use either a 2 pin Fig-8 (C5) connector or 3 pin "cloverleaf" (C8) connector so these cables are easily available.
