I have a month old series 3 15.6" thats gettings a smart drive warning. It didnt recognize the drive at all for awhile today until a hard reset of the laptop.

The samsungs online chat says i would need to send it in.

I cant seem to email them sence this model isnt listed in the email form, it will not let me continue.

DOes Samsung have a support phone #? I wouild like to see if they would send me just the hard drive, as i can replace it myself.

    FOund out somthing interesting.

The failing drive is a Samsung Drive, (sold to seagate)

I checked seagates warranty site and it is covered by seagate thru 2014even thou it was an OEM drive.

By sending the drive to seagate they will place it :)
