    2011 Samsung Series 9 Hardware Issues

    Has anyone else had problems with hardware? I've had my laptop for about 9 months now, and all of the ports/jacks are starting to feel very flimsy. The audio jack is extremely finicky (I have to do a lot of tugging to get sound out of both channels), and my left side USB port doesn't always recognize everything. The one on the right works fine. The flippy things that house everything are also starting to show their age. They feel cheap.

    Has anyone else had these issues?

    If this has been addressed somewhere, please point me in the right direction, there's more information here than I really want to dig through.
