    700z7c - Max CPU Percent Settings

    There was a great tip on keeping the cpu cooler by setting the max cpu speed to 99% on the Chronos 700z7c, but I can't remember where this is done. Could someone point me to the app that sets this max cpu (turbo boost?).
    (I did search forum but couldn't locate the tip - sorry)

    It's in the windows power profile (plan settings, advanced power settings, processor power management, max processor state).

    I haven't tried it myself as I don't have the overheating problem. But I remember reading about it.
