    Hi all:
I just picked up a 780Z5E. Still trying to figure out all the little quirks endemic to every laptop. Some things I was wondering if someone else has encountered:

First, when I put it to sleep it sometimes wakes up when I open the lid, other times I have to press the on button after opening the lid. Does anyone know how this is governed?

Also, my old windows 7 laptop has a nasty habit of hanging up and staying on for a very long time when it's trying to put itself to sleep; on this one there's just that power indicator under the lid to tell me if it's actually asleep. Does this laptop ever freeze in the going to sleep process or have any other indicator it's still on other than the noise it makes?

Finally, I was trying to hook up an ipod to the laptop via Bluetooth; it showed up as having connected but then I was unable to do anything with it. Some Windows 8 users report a tile shows up when they connect an ipod touch by Bluetooth but I'm not seeing that; is the NP78-z5e different in some respect, or has anyone else tried doing this?
    Thanks!
