    Hi

I bought a Q210 this week & decided to start from scratch & reformat the HDD to get rid of a lot of the installed bloat..

I've confirgured the machine to my liking, but have got 1 question... The Wireless enable key (FN & F9) doesn't appear to switch the wi-fi on & off.. Also I don't think the Brightness function keys don't seem to change the brighteness.

I'm assuming some of the supplied Samsung software enables this, but can't find which one! Anyone here got any ideas?

    Regards
    Gavin

Based on this thread, it's probably Easy Display Manager that you need to install. Did you try the driver CD? It should default to installing the required utilities. Otherwise pay a visit to the Samsung download site and help yourself.

Also check if you have the most recent BIOS.

    Hi John

Thanks for the fast reply & the assistance... It is Easy Display Manager that controls the FN hotkeys..

    Thanks again
